What to expect on delivery day:
Note: Delivery day issues can occur no matter how much effort is put into avoiding them. We will always do whatever is fair and humanly possible to correct the situation. Please know our goal is to make you a happy and satisfied customer.

    Unlike most other companies, Saatva has no cancellation fee prior to the day of delivery. We want our relationship to be one of excitement for our product and the value we offer. As your mattress source, we want to impress you with exceptional service, kindness and respect. We incur a small amount of processing costs in a pre-delivery cancellation, and we do not feel that warrants a charge to you.

    You will be given a 4 hour time window the day prior to your chosen day of delivery.

    If you are not home we will take the merchandise back at which point you can cancel with a full refund less the delivery fee. You also have the option of rescheduling the delivery with a new delivery fee added.

    If you are running late to your time window to meet our drivers, we will wait an additional 20 minutes as a courtesy. If you do not arrive, we will take the merchandise back. You will have the option to either cancel the order for a full refund less the delivery fee or reschedule delivery with a new delivery fee.

    If we run late on a time window you have the option to cancel your order with a full refund inclusive of the delivery fee.

    Damaged merchandise...Don't panic...You have the option to send back the merchandise for a full refund inclusive of the delivery fee. Also, you have the option of having us bring another mattress to you on the next available delivery day with obviously no cost to you. You also have the option of accepting the merchandise and noting the damage on our drivers delivery ticket. We will then make arrangements to exchange it out for you as soon as possible at no charge.

    In the extremely rare occasion you are delivered the wrong size bed and you are need of a bed that evening, simply accept the bed knowing we will exchange it out for the correct size as soon as humanly possible at obviously no cost to you. You can use that bed as your own until the exchange is made. We 'guarantee' that the bed you used will be donated to charity since the seal has been opened.

    Please note: In an effort to be totally transparent, we want you to know that our 4 hour time windows are accurately hit 97% of the time. Please keep that in mind as you schedule your delivery. If our drivers are running late you will be informed by a dispatcher. If necessary, you have the option to cancel the delivery for another day at no cost to you.

    Please contact us at info@saatvamattress.com if your delivery is being done outside of our office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time, and we will handle your issue as soon as humanly possible.
  10. Please note: We can not be responsible to know if our product will fit through all the pathways necessary to complete the delivery. If your mattress and/or foundation can not fit into the room it was intended for, it will be taken back to our facility and you will be fully refunded less the delivery fee. Also, please make sure there is an adult, 18 or older on the premises at the time of your delivery.
